Tues & Fri 9AM-1PM
USDA ONLY PROVIDES ASSISTANCE

New Clients Please Bring:
- Driver's License/State ID
- Proof of Address
- Medicaid Card*
- Food Stamp Card*
- SSI Proof or Paperwork*
