How Do I Apply For Food Assistance

At Sharing Putnam's Bounty, we offer a range of community support services to help individuals and families thrive. Our team of experienced Volunteers is dedicated to providing personalized care and support to each and every one of our clients. Whether you need help with subsidiary food or just need guidance to other community resources, we are here for you. Come and see us during operation hours and see if you qualify for food assistance.
The food pantry is completely reliant upon donations from the community and our Bountiful Partners for food donations and funds. We can never guarantee the availability of specific items (Milk, Eggs, Produce, ETC). Thank you for understanding.
Always Bring a Government Issued Identification to Sharing Putnam's Bounty. If we cannot verify your identity, we can only give you USDA.

New Clients
The Food Pantry is open to Putnam County Residents for food distribution Tuesdays & Fridays 9AM-1PM.
Please bring the following items to help us to certify your eligibility:
- Driver's License/State ID
- Proof of Address
- Medicaid Card *
- Food Stamps Card *
- SSI Proof/Paperwork *

USDA provides food assistance for ONE HOUSEHOLD PER ADDRESS.
Please bring proof of address when applying for food assistance.
